Join our team at Hightown as an Assistant Support Worker, providing vital care and support at The Trees, a specialist supported living service for four adults with autism and learning difficulties located in Drayton Parslow, Milton Keynes.

Location: Drayton Parslow, Milton Keynes

Salary: £24,570 per annum

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Driving Licence & Car Required

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living, personal care, and meaningful activities
  • Helping manage finances, attend appointments, and administer medication
  • Encouraging independence through life skills like cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
  • Creating a safe, healthy, and empowering environment
  • Building strong, trusting relationships that make a real impact

Qualifications:

  • A full UK driving licence holder with access to a car (essential due to location)
