Join our caring and collaborative team at Napier Close, a vibrant supported living service for adults with learning disabilities. With 15 modern, self-contained flats and shared communal spaces, Napier Close offers an inclusive environment where residents feel respected, supported and empowered to thrive.
About The Role
You will provide respectful, person-centred care that promotes dignity and inclusion, working collaboratively to help individuals build life skills, manage daily routines, and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Supporting with medication
- Supporting with personal care
- Encouraging independence through cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
Shifts
3 x 7.5‑hour shifts per week with one sleep‑in (for sleep‑ins you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £52.78).
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in care and support
- Full UK driving licence + access to a car
- Flexibility for sleep‑ins (minimum one per week)
