Hightown is hiring a Youth Support Worker for Hemel YPHS in Hemel Hempstead to empower young people aged 16-24 living in supported accommodation.

You will work as part of a compassionate, values-driven team, supporting education, training and employment while helping build life skills and confidence.

The role operates on a 24-hour rota with on-site shifts, including sleep-ins paid at £52.78 per night.

A Level 4 or equivalent CYPF Diploma must be started within 12 months, and a DBS Update Service
