About You
In this rewarding role, you will support individuals with learning disabilities in their own homes, helping them with:
- Day‑to‑day tasks such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
- Following personalised support plans and risk assessments
- Promoting independence and supporting each person’s goals and aspirations
You will be part of a dedicated team that values compassion, respect, and person‑centred care.
It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
