Fletcher Way is a modern, purpose‑built supported living service for adults with physical and learning disabilities. Our mission is simple: to help individuals live independently, confidently, and happily in their own homes – with the right support every step of the way.

About You

  • Day‑to‑day tasks such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
  • Following personalised support plans and risk assessments
  • Promoting independence and supporting each person’s goals and aspirations

You will be part of a dedicated team that values compassion, respect and person‑centred care.

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes

  • Generous annual leave allowance of 33 days per year, including statutory bank holidays, rising to 35 days with service
