We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Stainton Court, a supported living service for individuals with learning disabilities in Bushey.
Responsibilities:
- Assess needs and develop personalised support plans
- Aid with the daily administration of medication
- Promote independence through life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
- Follow and contribute to risk assessments and management plans
- Support aspirations and help individuals achieve their goals
About you:
- Experience in the care or support sector, with a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help others thrive.
- Communicate effectively and adapt to different needs and preferences.
- Be flexible and reliable, able to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
- Work well as part of a team and independently.
- Be committed to equality, diversity, and person-centred care.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work.
