We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Stainton Court, a supported living service for individuals with learning disabilities in Bushey.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess needs and develop personalised support plans
  • Aid with the daily administration of medication
  • Promote independence through life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
  • Follow and contribute to risk assessments and management plans
  • Support aspirations and help individuals achieve their goals

About you:

  • Experience in the care or support sector, with a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help others thrive.
  • Communicate effectively and adapt to different needs and preferences.
  • Be flexible and reliable, able to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Work well as part of a team and independently.
  • Be committed to equality, diversity, and person-centred care.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work.
