We’re looking for a Resident Scheme Manager to join our friendly retirement housing scheme at Moatview Court. This is a rewarding role where you’ll support residents aged 60+, helping to create a safe, welcoming and vibrant community.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting residents’ wellbeing through regular contact and day-to-day oversight
  • Responding to emergency calls and coordinating support when needed
  • Encouraging social activities and building a strong inclusive community spirit
  • Liaising with families, GPs and external agencies to support residents
  • Overseeing communal areas and working with contractors to maintain high standards
  • Carrying out health & safety checks and ensuring compliance

About You:

  • Experience working with older people or a similar group
  • Calm and confident in emergencies
  • Compassionate, approachable and able to build strong relationships
  • Organised and able to work independently
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Passionate about delivering excellent service
