You will work collaboratively with the people we support and colleagues to create an inclusive, respectful environment where everyone feels valued.
Responsibilities
- Supporting with medication
- Encouraging life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting
- Organising trips and activities that promote independence
- Helping individuals achieve personal goals through tailored support plans and risk assessments
About You
No previous experience is required - just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to make a difference. We will provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed. It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
