We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Assistant Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Stainton Court, a supported living service for individuals with learning disabilities. You will work collaboratively with the people we support and colleagues to create an inclusive, respectful environment where everyone feels valued.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting with medication
  • Encouraging life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting
  • Organising trips and activities that promote independence
  • Helping individuals achieve personal goals through tailored support plans and risk assessments

About You

No previous experience is required - just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to make a difference. We will provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed. It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
