Hightown is seeking a Care Assistant for Trinity Court 4 in Aylesbury. You will join a residential care home supporting six adults with learning disabilities and help create an inclusive, respectful environment where residents live as independently as possible.
This full-time role includes assisting with medication, personal care, daily living skills, activities, and following support plans, with shifts on a rotating 4-week rota (07:00-15:00 / 14:00-22:00).
