We have an exciting opportunity for a full time (37.5 hours) Scheme Manager at our supported living scheme, Stokebury House, in Amersham. Stokebury House comprises 12 purpose built self-contained flats where we provide 24-hour support to individuals living with mental health illnesses.

As Scheme Manager, You Will:

  • Lead and motivate a committed team to deliver high-quality support
  • Ensure residents can access and maintain safe, secure housing
  • Promote a positive workplace culture where everyone feels included and supported
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve the best outcomes

About you:

We are looking for someone with experience in the care or support sector, specifically in supporting & empowering people living with mental health illnesses.

You Will Need To:

  • Demonstrate a trauma-informed approach in all aspects of service delivery, ensuring sensitivity to the impact of trauma on individuals and promoting safety, empowerment, and compassionate care.
  • Manage recruitment and induction of new staff, fostering an inclusive and supportive working environment where everyone feels valued.
  • Oversee the service rota, ensuring consistent cover for all shifts, including weekends when required.
  • Possess strong IT skills.
  • Be flexible and reliable, able to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Lead and collaborate with a committed team, offering guidance and compassionate support to individuals with learning disabilities.
