We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our Young People’s Services team. This is a rewarding role where you will work directly with young people, including separated migrant children, helping them build the skills and confidence they need to live independently.

Essential Criteria:
- Full UK driving licence with business insurance and access to a vehicle for business use
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Children and Young Peoples Workforce Diploma - or willingness to complete, supported by Hightown Housing
- Ability to work day shifts (7am-3pm & 2pm-10pm), including weekends and bank holidays
