Homelessness Support Worker – Kent House\\n\\nDo you want a career where your work genuinely changes lives? As a Homelessness Support Worker at Kent House, you will provide vital assistance to homeless individuals with diverse needs, including those dealing with substance misuse, helping them maintain their tenancies and address their personal challenges.\\n\\nKent House is dedicated to offering medium to high levels of support, ensuring our residents can transition into appropriate long-term accommodation. Join us in creating a safe and empowering environment where stability and independence are within reach for everyone.\\n\\nAs a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people live independently and with dignity.
