Support Worker – 4 Trinity Court (£15,513)
We currently have an opportunity for a part time (22.5 hours) Support Worker at our registered care home, Trinity Court 4, in Aylesbury. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic person who enjoys helping others and seeing the difference their support can make to enable individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
4 Trinity Court is a registered residential care home supporting 6 individuals with learning disabilities, providing 24/7 care across a wide range of support needs in all aspects of the resident\’s lives. The service is ideally suited to those looking to gain valuable experience in full residential care.
As part of a supportive team, you will:

  • Provide tailored support to individuals in their own homes
  • Provide personal carewith sensitivity and respect
  • Encourage life skills such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, and cleaning
  • Draft personalised support plans and risk assessments
  • Empower people to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives

About You
We\’re looking for people who are:

  • Caring, reliable, and proactive, with a genuine desire to help others
  • Able to communicate effectively and adapt to different needs
  • Comfortable working shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Committed to equality, diversity, and person-centred support
  • Experienced in a similar role

It is essential that you have a Full UK Driving Licence.
Additionally, you will also be able to:

  • Work shifts as part of a rota system which will include weekend and bank holiday working
  • Work as part of a team to deliver an excellent service to the people we support
  • Be flexible in your approach to work and demonstrate resilience in a challenging, but rewarding environment

  • Generous annual leave allowance of 33 days per year (pro rata), including statutory bank holidays, rising to 35 days with service
  • £15,513pa for a 22.5 hour per week contract
