Are you ready to lead a team that is shaping the future of housing standards and resident wellbeing? At Hightown, we are looking for a RICS qualified Senior Surveyor to take charge of our Healthy Homes Team and drive excellence in property maintenance, damp and mould inspections, and major works delivery. This is a high-impact role where your technical expertise and leadership will directly improve the lives of our residents.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading a team of six surveyors and operatives to deliver high-quality inspections and remedial works in line with Awaab’s Law.
- Overseeing our Stock Condition Survey programme, ensuring accurate asset data and compliance with housing standards.
- Managing major works projects such as roof replacements and component upgrades.
- Providing expert technical advice on building defects, disrepair cases, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborating across departments to deliver a seamless, customer-focused service.
What You Will Bring
