We’re looking for a Resident Scheme Manager to join our friendly retirement housing scheme at Moatview Court. This is a rewarding role where you’ll support residents aged 60+, helping to create a safe, welcoming and vibrant community.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting residents’ wellbeing through regular contact and day-to-day oversight
- Responding to emergency calls and coordinating support when needed
- Encouraging social activities and building a strong inclusive community spirit
- Liaising with families, GPs and external agencies to support residents
- Overseeing communal areas and working with contractors to maintain high standards
- Carrying out health & safety checks and ensuring compliance
About you:
- Experience working with older people or a similar group
- Calm and confident in emergencies
- Compassionate, approachable and able to build strong relationships
- Organised and able to work independently
- Strong collaborative skills
- Passionate about delivering excellent service
