Are you passionate about creating opportunities for people experiencing homelessness to rebuild their lives? Do you have the leadership skills to empower a team and foster a positive, supportive environment?
At Hightown, we are looking for a dedicated Scheme Manager to oversee our supported housing scheme in Broxbourne, providing accommodation for up to 20 single homeless individuals.
About the Scheme
Our approach is person-centred and focused on helping individuals move forward with confidence. Whether it’s securing a new home, accessing vital resources, or improving wellbeing, you will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming space where people feel valued and respected.
What You Will Be Doing
As Scheme Manager, you will:
Lead and motivate a committed team to deliver high-quality support
Ensure residents can access and maintain safe, secure housing
Promote a positive workplace culture where everyone feels included and supported
Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve the best outcomes
What We Are Looking For
You will bring:
An understanding of the challenges faced by homeless individuals
Experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and supervisory experience
Confident IT and administrative skills
A full UK Driving Licence
