Procurement/Utilities Assistant – Part time (Thursday & Friday) Hybrid – Β£27,667 pro rata – Fixed Term Contract Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a flexible part-time role? Weβre looking for aProcurement Assistant to support our busy Facilities team 2 days per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to essential operations and make a real impact in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities as a Procurement Assistant: Council Tax & Utility Bills: Administer and manage all Council Tax and Utility (Gas/Electricity) bills for Hightown, resolving queries promptly and efficiently. Supplier & Agency Liaison: Communicate effectively with Local Authorities, Utility Providers, and Debt Collection Agencies to resolve issues swiftly. Procurement Support: Assist in purchasing office stationery and supplies through approved suppliers. Order & Invoice Management: Raise purchase orders and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Inbox Management: Monitor and respond to emails in the Facilities inbox, supporting both internal and external stakeholders. System Updates: Maintain and update our Housing Management system with utility and component information and use it to resolve queries and raise ad hoc orders.
