Position: Support Worker Location: Princes Risborough Salary: £26,853 per annum Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Join our compassionate team at Culverton Court, a supported living service for adults with mental health needs. You will provide respectful, person-centred care that promotes dignity and inclusion, working collaboratively to help individuals build life skills, manage daily routines, and achieve their goals. Responsibilities include: Supporting with medication Encouraging independence through cooking, cleaning, and budgeting Contributing to personalised plans and risk assessmentsAbout You Experience in care or support is essential. The role includes working shifts on a rota, weekends and bank holidays, plus one sleep-in per week (an additional allowance of £52.78 per sleep-in).
