As a Senior Support Worker, you will guide the team and model compassionate, person-centred practice. You will help create a positive, collaborative culture and empower residents to work towards their personal goals. You have experience in care or support work, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others thrive. You are adaptable, confident working with diverse needs, and flexible to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
Join our supportive team at Culverton Court, a mental health supported‑living service where we work together to create a respectful, inclusive environment that helps residents build confidence and independence. You must be willing to do sleep‑ins (for sleep‑ins you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of 52.78).
