Join our caring and collaborative team at Napier Close, a vibrant supported living service for adults with learning disabilities. With 15 modern, self-contained flats and shared communal spaces, Napier Close offers an inclusive environment where residents feel respected, supported and empowered to thrive.
About the Role
You will provide respectful, person-centred care that promotes dignity and inclusion, working collaboratively to help individuals build life skills, manage daily routines, and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting with medication
- Supporting with personal care
- Encouraging independence through cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
- Contributing to personalised plans and risk assessments
Shifts include 3x 7.5-hour shifts per week with one sleep in (for sleep-ins you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £52.78).
What We are Looking For
- Experience in care and support
- Full UK Driving Licence + access to a car
- Flexibility for sleep-ins (minimum one per week)
