You will make sure people get the right support, in the right place, at the right time.
What Makes This Role Unique?
You will work with people who have faced trauma and where traditional support methods have failed. In Housing First, “non-engagement” doesn’t exist; we ask, what haven’t you tried yet? What else could you do? Success isn’t about big wins; it’s about small steps that add up to life-changing progress. You will have a small caseload (up to 7 clients) because the support is intense and every day is different.
