Hightown Housing Association is seeking compassionate Support Workers for Litslade Farm in Newton Longville.
The role supports eight adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, offering varied days with activities, outings, and meaningful experiences.
Full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, with shifts 7am-3pm and 2pm-10pm.
You will assess needs, develop personal plans, promote independence, assist with personal care, administer medications, and mentor new staff.
