Following the retirement of our longstanding finance leader, our new CFO will be an active member of the Executive Team, providing strategic financial expertise and collaborating across the organisation and with key stakeholders. The CFO will shape the financial strategy, drive Hightown\’s ability to invest and grow, and support the delivery of the business plan through effective financial resource planning and reporting.

This leadership role will contribute to Hightown\’s navigation of an increasingly complex operating environment, with a focus on strengthening our support for existing customers and homes.
