Care Assistant - Old Barn Close, Buckingham £13.08 per hour | Part-time (15, 22.5 & 30 hours per week) Make a real difference every day by joining our friendly team at Old Barn Close, a welcoming home supporting four adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities. We create a supportive, respectful environment where people are encouraged to make choices, feel included, and live life their way. No previous care experience is needed - we provide full training and ongoing support. What matters most is your compassion, positive attitude and commitment to working as part of a caring team. What you will do: Support with personal care, meals and daily routines Take part in meaningful activities and community outings Assist with appointments, shopping and household tasks Build positive relationships and work closely with colleagues Complete sleep-ins as part of your rotaAbout you: Kind, patient and enthusiastic Comfortable working shifts including weekends and bank holidays Enjoy working collaboratively and supporting others to thriveA driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
