Overview
Join our collaborative team at Trinity Court 4, a residential care home supporting six adults with learning disabilities. You will help create an inclusive, respectful environment where residents feel empowered to live as independently as possible.
Responsibilities
- Support with medication
- Provide personal care with dignity
- Encourage daily living skills: cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
- Organise local activities and trips
- Follow personalised support plans and risk assessments
- Build positive, trusting relationships with residents
Qualifications and Requirements
- You are compassionate, reliable and confident working both independently and as part of a team. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- Appointments are subject to satisfactory right to work, enhanced DBS, reference, and medical checks.
