Waking Night Project Worker in Bracknell

Responsibilities

• Supporting vulnerable adults during night hours, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Communicating effectively using various methods tailored to individual needs.
• Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Promoting independence and respecting the wishes of the people we support.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns promptly whilst ensuring the safety of the property.
• Offering emotional support as needed.
• Responding to and documenting any crisis events that may occur during the night.
• Administering medication if required and completing household tasks.
• Providing personal care support during the night when required, ensuring residents\’ dignity, safety, and well-being are upheld.

We currently have an opportunity for a Waking Night Project Worker at our new scheme, Bridgewell, in Bracknell. Bridgewell is a warm and welcoming supported living service where we support adults with learning disabilities and social care needs.

Salary and Benefits

• £18,153 per annum for a 27‑hour per week contract
