Location: Cressex Road, High Wycombe

Salary: £12,588 per annum

Hours: Part-time (18 hours per week)

Join our caring team at Cressex Road, a friendly supported living home for six adults aged 34-91. We work together to create an inclusive, respectful environment where each person feels supported, understood and empowered to live as independently as possible.

The Role

  • Support vulnerable adults overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing
  • Provide personal care when required, always upholding dignity
  • Offer emotional support and respond to any crises
  • Administer medication and complete light household tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the property remains secure
  • Communicate clearly and adapt to individual needs

Shifts: 10pm - 7am on Monday’s & Sunday’s

About You

  • You are caring, reliable and proactive, with the ability to adapt to different needs and communicate well with others.
  • You value collaboration, inclusion and person-centred support.
  • Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification
