Assistant Support Worker – Downshire Cottages Part-time – 15 hours per week Hourly Rate: £12.60 Join us atDownshire, a warm and welcoming 2-bedroom supported living service that’s home to one adult with learning disabilities and social care needs. We provide 24-hour, person-centred support tailored to individual needs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and independence. We’re currently seeking compassionate, confident, and capable Assistant Support Workers to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you’ll assist with personal care, medication, health appointments, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and helping the individual stay connected with their local community. You’ll also be a calm and dependable presence in emergency situations, always ensuring safety and wellbeing. About You No previous experience in care? No problem! We provide a structured induction, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
