Position: Assistant Support Worker
Location: Cressex Road, High Wycombe
Salary: £25,506 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Join our caring team at Cressex Road, a friendly supported living home for six adults aged 34-91. We work together to create an inclusive, respectful environment where each person feels supported, understood and empowered to live as independently as possible.
The Role
- Support with personal care in a dignified, compassionate way
- Assist with medication and daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
- Encourage individuals to take part in community activities and local outings
- Follow tailored support plans and risk assessments
- Build positive, trusting relationships and promote independence
Shifts
- Early shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Late shifts: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Includes one sleep-in shift per week (paid at £52.78 per night)
- Based on a two-week rolling rota
- Required to work every other weekend
