Assistant Support Worker – 234a College Road Location: Sandhurst Full-time (35 hours) Salary: £24,570 per annum Are you passionate about making a genuine difference in people’s lives? At 234a College Road, a warm and welcoming 3-bedroom supported living service, we support three adults with learning disabilities and social care needs. Our team provides thoughtful, person-centred, 24-hour support tailored to individuals with a range of needs, including Down syndrome, dementia, autistic traits and behaviours that may challenge. We are looking for an Assistant Support Worker who can help create an inclusive and respectful environment where individuals feel empowered to live independently and achieve their goals. In this vital role, you will assist with personal care, medication, health appointments, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and engaging in the local community. You will also work closely with your colleagues to respond calmly and professionally to any emergencies. About You No previous care experience? We welcome you. You will receive a structured induction, comprehensive training and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
