Position: Assistant Support Worker Location: Beaconsfield Salary: £24,570 per annum Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Join our compassionate team at Candlemas Mead, a warm and inclusive supported living home for six adults with learning disabilities. You will help create a respectful, empowering environment where residents can build independence and achieve personal goals. The Role Provide personal care with dignity Support with medication Encourage daily life skills: cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting Build positive, meaningful relationships Follow personalised support plans and risk assessmentsSleep-ins are essential (£52.78 per night). Hoist training is required-full training can be provided. About You You will be caring, reliable and able to work collaboratively as well as independently.
