Assistant Support Worker – Trinity Court Flats (£24,570)
We currently have an opportunity for a full time (37.5 hours per week) Assistant Support Worker at our scheme, Trinity Court Flats, in Aylesbury. We provide supported housing for people with learning disabilities, and each resident has their own flat with 24-hour support on site.
We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and capable Assistant Support Workerto become part of our close-knit team. In this rewarding role, you will help with personal care, medication, health appointments, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and community engagement. You will also be a calm and reliable presence in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of those we support.
About You
No previous experience in care? No problem! We provide a structured induction, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
We are looking for people who are:
