Assistant Support Worker

We are recruiting a caring and reliable Female Assistant Support Worker to join our supported living service at Juniper. Juniper is a small, friendly home supporting one person with learning disabilities to live independently and achieve their personal goals. You will provide compassionate, person‑centred support while empowering the individual to build independence. Working collaboratively with the team, you will support daily living, wellbeing, and community involvement.

Key Duties

• Personal care and medication support
• Encouraging daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, shopping, budgeting)
• Supporting access to the community and local activities
• Working in line with support plans and risk assessments
• Inclusive, respectful, and values‑driven
• Able to work Saturdays and Sundays
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (business insurance required if successful)
