Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: £15,072 per annum (22.16 hours per week)

Working Hours: Part‑time (22.16 hours per week); shift pattern 9:45 pm–7:15 am, with a sleep‑in period from midnight–7 am; includes weekends and bank holidays on a rota.

About the Role:

  • Provide overnight support and respond to young people’s needs
  • Follow personalised support plans and risk assessments
  • Maintain safety and security through regular checks
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high‑quality support
  • Support the young people’s independence and wellbeing

About You:

  • Compassionate, flexible and confident working with young people from diverse backgrounds
  • Value inclusion, communicate well and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential
