Hightown Housing Association is seeking an experienced Healthy Homes Electrician to join the Asset Management team. You will perform Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), diagnose faults, and carry out rewires across occupied and void properties to keep homes safe and compliant.
The role requires a full driving licence, knowledge of the 18th Edition Regulations, and a customer-focused approach to deliver a first-time fix wherever possible.
