The Role

Hightouch is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is located in the United Kingdom. The SDR will generate top‑of‑the‑funnel leads and build foundational processes and strategies for the commercial sales team, reaching engineers, marketers, and operations teams through outbound channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Outreach directly into prospective accounts via cold calls, texts, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and other methods.
  • Collaborate with the growth team to research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts.
  • Identify creative methods, channels, and strategies to guide prospects to our free trial.
  • Help define and improve sales processes, strategies, tactics, and more as part of our growing SDR team.
  • Meet monthly targets set by the team and execute against them.
  • Monitor new sign‑ups in Slack, engage prospects directly, and schedule meetings with the sales organization and customers.
  • Attend regular industry events across Europe and represent Hightouch in the market.
  • Work closely with partner and marketing teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to self‑motivate in a high‑growth startup environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience engaging customers and prospects.
  • Interest in technology and data.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.

Benefits

Salary range: £75,000‑£85,000 OTE (70/30 split) per year with a remote‑first policy. Equity compensation in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a 10‑year post‑termination exercise window.
