Highters Heath Community School in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Family Support Worker to join the Pathfinder Early Help team based at Highters Heath.
You will work with teachers and the pastoral team to address barriers to learning, support children and families in school and in the community, and contribute to safeguarding and Early Help plans. You will collaborate with SLT and external agencies as needed to ensure pupils flourish.
