We are seeking to appoint a Head of Year to join our existing team from September 2026. Applications will be considered from teachers of any subject with the skills to lead on our well-established compassion curriculum. We are looking for a teacher who has a passion for their subject/s, a desire to pass this on to students and an ability to combine this with excellent classroom practice.

You will be part of a dynamic team and will address behaviour issues using the established Girls on Board approach, support students’ emotional wellbeing, and monitor reporting procedures. This is a challenging role, whilst also being one of the most rewarding. The successful candidate would be responsible for the care and guidance of one year group of up to 150 students.
