Salary: €70,000 – €80,000 & Package

We are currently recruiting an experienced Civils Foreperson to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a significant civil engineering project in Co. Louth.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for coordinating site crews, subcontractors, plant and materials while working closely with the Site Agent, Project Manager and engineering team to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required programme and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily civil engineering works on site.
- Manage groundworkers, machine operators, subcontractors and site crews.
- Coordinate plant, labour and materials across the project.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
- Monitor progress and productivity across all work fronts.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are implemented and maintained throughout the project.
- Complete daily site records, diaries and relevant documentation.
- Liaise with engineers, Site Agents, Project Managers, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Identify and resolve site issues to prevent delays to the programme.
- Assist with planning upcoming works and resource requirements.
