WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PUB SUPERVISOR WHO CAN:
- Open/Close the business, to standard in the absence of the Manager
- Lead the team in delivering genuine hospitality to our customers
- Demonstrate excellent floor service and drive consistency on busy shifts
- Use their knowledge to help and support the front of house team
- Communicate efficiently, ensuring the shift runs smoothly
- Continually look for ways to improve the way we do things and play an active role in ensuring these improvements are implemented
