We are actively hiring a recruitment consultant with D365 or NetSuite experience to join a thriving IT recruitment consultancy specialising in ERP recruitment. If you want to work a 4 day week but still achieve great on target earnings and career development, this is the company to work for.
You will leverage your understanding of the D365 or NetSuite ecosystem and develop recruitment strategies to build relationships with candidates and clients alike, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. We are looking for a candidate with a recruitment background, who wants to do a 360 role working in a fast-paced environment, recruiting both UK and International contractors and permanent staff.

- Negotiate terms with clients
- Qualify candidates
- Resource candidates using the database, job boards and LinkedIn

- Be proficient in telephone canvassing and new business development

- Maintain and understand online advertising
- Manage the candidate placement procedure
- Maintain the internal database and ensure compliance with GDPR and develop a good understanding of IR35 regulations
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on ERP systems, preferably D365 or NetSuite
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles
- Strong understanding of the D365F&O or NetSuite ecosystem, including its modules, implementation processes, and key job roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems)
