Our client is seeking a highly organised and reliable Office Administrator to support their back-office operations. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative, financial, and operational processes behind the scenes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a small but busy administration team, largely supporting 2 buyers. Ideally this is a full time position, however, a minimum of 30 hrs per week over 5 days would be considered. Note: Salary will be pro rata to reflect part-time hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier communications
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
  • Handle internal and external correspondence (emails, phone calls, post)
  • Support stock control administration and reporting
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) in line with company procedures
  • Coordinate office supplies and liaise with external service providers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Good numerical skills essential
