The Marketing & Website Administrator will work in a busy team and manage live streams on the Farnborough International Airshow website and provide general marketing admin support to the Aerospace Global News Network Marketing team including website updates and social media activity. Required Availability: 6th July – 24th July * 6th – 10th July - 7.5 hours per day * 13th – 19th July (includes Saturday & Sunday) – 7.5 hours per day * 20th – 24th July – 8.5 hours per day This role requires an enthusiastic and proactive individual with initiative, flexibility and common sense. The main responsibility will be to learn, manage and monitor the livestream feed and website platform, liaising with the production and marketing team to ensure a consistent delivery. (Training provided). The key functions for the Marketing & Website Administrator are: * Monitoring and management of the livestream feed * Liaising with production and marketing teams to manage feed * Updating website with relevant information surrounding the feed * Creation of social media assets * Updating website content * General support to the FIL and ADS Communications team The Marketing & Website Administrator should have the following skills and experience: * Ideally Marketing, PR or Media Related Degree * Previous experience of using website technology desirable. * Adept at learning new technology. * Genuine interest in working a marketing or media environment. * Excellent oral and written communication skills All applicants must be able to commit to the full duration of the contract.
