Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties across the Cambridge community. You will support the Service Manager and help manage the maintenance programs to keep the property in top condition.
You should have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, an A/C Certification Type II or Universal, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call shifts.
