We’re looking for a commercially driven co-founder to help take our RecTech platform to market. HighlightX is building a talent discovery platform that helps candidates find more suitable career opportunities by creating a digital CV and connecting them with employers in a smarter, more personalised way.

While many recruitment platforms focus on helping companies manage campaigns, HighlightX is focused on helping candidates be discovered for roles that genuinely match their skills, experience, and career goals. The platform has already been built. We’re now looking for a co-founder with strong commercial, sales, or go-to-market experience to help us acquire early customers, shape the commercial strategy, and drive growth.

You’ll work closely with the founder to:

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy
  • Identify and approach early customers, partners, and pilot users
  • Build relationships with employers, recruiters, and talent teams
  • Help refine the positioning, pricing, and sales process
  • Support investor conversations and fundraising preparation
  • Turn early traction into repeatable commercial growth
