Highlands School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help include students with specific educational needs and to support them to access the curriculum, both in class and in smaller groups. The role involves providing targeted learning support in group and 1:1 settings, including use of BSL level 3 where appropriate. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, SEN coordinators and pupils to adapt materials and enable participation in lessons, lunch clubs, and enrichment.
