Outpatient Therapist
As an outpatient therapist at HCS you will enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. This opportunity allows you to provide comprehensive clinical assessments for consumers with an array of DSM-5 diagnoses including mental health, behavioral, and substance use presentations. You will also be able to create and facilitate therapeutic groups, deliver individual, family and couples counseling. Licensed eligible individuals will receive weekly clinical supervision toward licensure.

Position Specifics
Location: Positions open at Abingdon & Bristol, VA
Status: Full-time, Exempt, Flexible schedules with 4-day work week and hybrid work from home options
Compensation: $45,000 (Licensed Eligible)/$50,000 (Licensed) – Commensurate with education/experience.
Education: Master’s degree eligible to seek Licensure for Supervision in Virginia or LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
Experience: Two years’ experience in mental health preferred.
