THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Procurement Manager to join our Procurement Team, playing a key role in delivering strategic and operational procurement across Highlands and Islands Enterprise. This is a varied and impactful role, leading medium to high value and risk procurement exercises from end to end while providing expert advice and guidance on procurement legislation, governance and best practice. You will bring significant experience of public sector procurement, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and the ability to manage complex procurement activities with confidence. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will influence and support colleagues, ensuring compliance while driving value for money and innovative approaches.
