Stornoway Airport are looking for a full time Airport Manager to join their team. This challenging and exciting role offers a great opportunity for an experienced leader with excellent people management skills. With several years’ experience in a leadership role, you’ll lead and motivate a team of dedicated operational staff working across a range of airport roles.
This is a broad role requiring experience in people management, finance and budget management, change management, procurement and project management. You’ll also need the ability to achieve commercial and strategic objectives in all areas of service delivery. You will have a sound working knowledge of airport infrastructure, operational aviation legislation and demonstrable experience of regulatory compliance. Strong communication skills are essential as you will interface with a variety of stakeholders, including regulators and will represent the airports in a number of forums.
