Full time (35 hours per week) – 12 Months Fixed Term
Looking for a role that’s busy, varied and interesting? Do you have strong attention to detail and concentration skills even when working under pressure? Are you an excellent communicator who deals with internal and external customers? Then a career as an Airport Administration Officer could be for you!
You must be computer literate as you’ll be using a variety of programmes, and you'll need to have a strong focus on attention to detail. You’ll also need to be able to work to deadlines and be able to organise and prioritise your own work. As you’ll be working unsupervised at times you must also be self-motivated and be able to work on your own initiative.
It’s really important that you have a flexible approach and attitude to your work and a strong commitment to customer service. You’ll be a key player within a small team working hard to ensure the airports provide a top-quality service to our many customers – no matter what the weather or time of day!
This can be a high-pressure environment where safety is absolutely crucial and a positive, helpful attitude is essential as is the ability to remain calm under pressure.
We can consider applications to work from any of our 11 airports however this is not a hybrid role, and you would be expected to attend the airport on a daily basis.
